Grapefruit Iced Tea

Sweet tea here we come!  You might not want to know how much sugar actually goes into canned sweet teas or the ones down south, but there is not debate about how good they taste.  This is something of a compromise with vitamin C rich grapefruit juice and orange spice tea providing interesting taste to be accented by some sweet sugar, but not dominated by it.  I reduced the sugar even more by keeping it low in the pitcher and adding a few drops of stevia to my own glass to taste.

Ingredients:

3 English breakfast tea bags
3 orange spice tea bags
1/3 cup(s) raw sugar -- or honey
1 1/2 cup(s) grapefruit juice -- or more to taste
1 bunch fresh mint leaves

Directions

Prep Work:  Juice grapefruits if making juice yourself.

1.  Boil 3 c. (for 6 tea bags) of water in pan with lid.  Add tea bags, replace lid and let sit for 10 min.

2.  Remove tea bags and stir in sugar/honey until it dissolves.  Let the tea cool.

3.  Stir in 3 cups of cold water (for 6 tea bags again) and serve in glasses with ice and a sprig of mint.
