Veggies w/ Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

1 English cucumber -- sliced
1 bunch radish(es) -- cut in half
1 avocado(es)

Directions

1.  Cut English cucumber, radishes and any other fresh vegetables you like to dip with.

2.  Peel and mash an avocado with a fork, then stir in some of your favorite dressing to loosen it up and add a little flavor.  We used a champagne vinaigrette here and it was excellent.  Salt lightly to bring out the flavors.
