Chicken Roll-Ups

Time Required: 10 (10 min. total)

We love sandwiches that start flat BEFORE they even go in the lunch bag.  Make your own lunch meat and save money!

Ingredients:

1 lb(s) chicken tenders -- slice very thin
4 cheddar cheese slice -- or more
mustard
mayonnaise
4 cup(s) romaine lettuce -- julienned
2 flat bread -- large!

Directions

1.  Spread mayonnaise and mustard over one side of each flat bread.

2.  Layer thin sliced meat, cheese and lettuce.  Add any other favorite sandwich items you have on hand:

thin sliced tomato
avocado
artichoke hearts
bell peppers

2.  Sprinkle all over with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.  Roll tightly from one long edge,  and then cut at an angle in center.  Wrap individually.
