Cranberry Float
Time Required: 5 (5 min. total)
I love root beer float, but let’s be honest…soda is like liquid candy, and it goes down so fast! Cranberry juice has lots of natural sugar, but it also has many antioxidants. Besides, it’s fun to try a new variation on an old theme. It’s especially yummy when the ice cream melts a bit and it becomes more like cranberry cream soda.
Ingredients:
3 cup(s) cranberry juice
1 cup(s) sparkling water
2 cup(s) vanilla ice cream
Directions
1. Fill four drinking cups with ice, 3/4 c. cranberry juice and 1/4 c. sparkling water. Then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprig of mint if you have it.
