Banana, applesauce, cocoa, coconut oil, and a little flour and brown sugar…almost like eating breakfast but it is definitely dessert tasting. I add a generous amoung of chia seeds and nuts spirinkled over the top with some raw sugar for some delightful texture and crunch. You could always add some chocolate chips too and make this a double double…a good idea with chocoalte!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) banana(s) -- 1 small =approx. 1/2 c.
1/2 cup(s) applesauce
1/2 cup(s) cocoa powder
1/2 cup(s) coconut oil
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract -- or vanilla
1 cup(s) flour
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 pan.
2. Mix together bananas, applesauce, cocoa, coconut oil, brown sugar and vanilla unil well bleded.
3. Sprinkle flour and salt over top, blend, then scoop into prepared pan. Sprinkle suggested toppings below if desired. Bake in middle of oven for 20-25 minutes.

-chia seeds
-raw granulated sugar
-chopped nuts of any kind
-chocolate chips
