Vinaigrette 2
Time Required: 5 (5 min. total)

Worcestershire sauce and garlic cloves are the difference between Vinaigrettes 1 and 2. One batch of this should be enough for at least 8 dinner salads with some to spare.  Extras are always great poured over fresh vegetables like tomato and cucumber slices.


1 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
2/3 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
2 garlic clove(s) -- crushed
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey -- or raw sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard -- or 1/3 less dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


1. Put all into cleaned mayonnaise jar (or any which is large enough) and shake until combined.
